1Scissor Lift should be physically in good condition without ware and tare.
2Wheel and tire of the Scissor lift should be free from defect, ware and tare.
3Pet hole protection should be installed.
4Ground station control should be working properly.
5Stabilisers should be available and in working condition.
6Notice signs should be at proper place and visible.
7Scissor arms should be free from defects and are in working while extension.
8Air, Hydraulic, pneumatic should work smooth, free from defects and leakages.
9Lift platform should be in good condition with foot gate, guard rail and anti-slippery surface, etc.
10SWL load should be marked at proper place and should be visible.
11Platform control should be in working condition.
12Warning devices such as alarms, lights, etc. should be working.
13Availability of Fall protection PPE is must before starting activity.
14Electric components, wiring and cable should be free from defect.
15Battery and chargers should be in working condition and charged adequately.
16All emergency controls of the Scissor lift should be in working condition.
17All electrical system should be insulated properly.
18Remote control station over lift should be in working condition.
19Only authorised and trained person should be allowed to operate Scissor Lift.
20Inspection record by competent person as per legal requirements should be available and should be of safe to use.
