1Trailer Truck should be physically in good condition, free from defects and should have valid TPI.  
2Tyres should be free from damage (Air pressure, cuts, cracks, etc.).  
3Side mirror should in good and in correct position.  
4Carrier should be free from defects.  
5Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition.  
6Windscreen should be in good condition.  
7Wipers should be in working condition.  
8Reflective tape, Red Triangle should be fixed at proper places.  
9Registration number should be written and visible.  
10Seat belt should be in working condition.  
11Normal and Emergency break (Hand Break) should be in working condition.  
12Front, Reverse horn should be in working condition.  
13First Aid Kit should be available in operator cabin (with in expiry date).  
14Fire Extinguisher available (in good condition, pressure within range)  
15Driver should have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement.
