1	Scissor Lift should be physically in good condition without ware and tare.
2	Wheel and tire of the Scissor lift should be free from defect, ware and tare.
3	Installation of Pet hole protection.
4	Ground station control should be working properly.
5	Stabilisers should be available and in working condition.
6	Notice signs should be at proper place and visible.
7	Scissor arms should be free from defects and are in working while extension.
8	Air, Hydraulic, pneumatic should work smooth, free from defects and leakages.
9	Lift platform should be in good condition with foot gate, guard rail and anti-slippery surface, etc.
10	SWL load should be marked at proper place and should be visible.
11	Platform control should be in working condition.
12	Warning devices such as alarms, lights, etc. should be working.
13	Availability of Fall protection PPE is must before starting activity.
14	Electric components, wiring and cable should be free from defect.
15	Battery and chargers should be in working condition and charged adequately.
16	All emergency controls of the Scissor lift should be in working condition.
17	All electrical system should have proper insulation.
18	Remote control station over lift should be in working condition.
19	Only authorised and trained person should be allowed to operate Scissor Lift.
20	Inspection record by competent person as per legal requirements should be available and should be of safe to use.
