2	Wheel guard should be free from damage.
3	Tool rest should be at proper position from rotating wheel.
4	On/Off switch should be free from damage.
5	Emergency switch should be in working condition.
6	Eye guard and spark deflector should be available and in good condition.
7	Wheel should be in good condition and free from damage.
8	Rotating capacity should be marked and visible.
9	Always use designated key to change the wheel.
10	Machine should be grounded properly and double insulated.
11	Power cable should be free from damage (free from cut, tangled, etc.)
12	Machine should be operated by competent person only.
13	Proper PPE or Personal Protective Equipment PPE should be available and use by operator.
