1	Man Lift should be physically in good condition without ware and tare.
2	Wheel and tire of the man lift should be free from defect, ware and tare.
3	Electric components, wiring and cable should be free from defect.
4	Guard rail of the lift should be firm and tight without any defect .
5	Lift platform should be in good condition and with foot gate.
6	Remote control station over lift should be in working condition.
7	Platform rotator should be in working properly.
8	Ground station control should be working properly.
9	Swing drive should be working properly.
10	Electric and hydraulic tank should be covered properly and free from leakage.
11	Air, Hydraulic, pneumatic and electric system should work smooth and free from defects and leakages.
12	Fuel, hydraulic and coolant levels should be properly checked.
13	Steering and brakes should be working smoothly.
14	Mechanical fasteners and locking pins should be checked properly.
15	Warning devices such as alarms, lights, gauges, horns should be in working condition.
16	Battery and chargers should be in working condition and charged adequately.
17	Availability of Fall protection PPE is must before starting activity.
18	In case of heavy job, additional equipments like outriggers, stabilizers and supporting structure should be in good and working condition.
19	All emergency controls of the man lift should be in working condition.
20	All electrical system should be insulated properly.
