Concrete Mixer Inspection Checklist

Concrete mixer is a device or machine that homogeneously mix the cement cement, sand or gravel with addition of water to make concrete.

It is widely used when there is requirement of concrete is at small scale. For large scale construction concrete requirements RMC trucks are used widely. RMC trucks are one type of concrete mixer only.

1	Mixer Machine should be physically sound and in good condition.
2	No damage in tire.
3	Engine should be covered with proper machine guard.
4	Moving parts should be covered with fix guards.
5	Proper Rotator handle lock should be available.
6	Rotator handle should be free from defect.
7	Handle for movement of mixer should be without defect.
8	Spark arrester should be used if required.
