| 1 | Vehicle Body shall be sound and in good condition. |
| 2 | Free from damage in tyres (cuts, cracks, ware & tare etc.). |
| 3 | Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition. |
| 4 | Side mirrors should be in good condition. |
| 5 | Wire rope of the crane free from damage. |
| 6 | Safe Work Load (SWL) Marked and visible. |
| 7 | Hoist Limit Switch available and in working condition. |
| 8 | Spirit level should be installed and working properly. |
| 9 | Safety Latch available and in working condition. |
| 10 | Outrigger with spreader mat should be in sound and working condition. |
| 11 | Boom should be in good condition without any damage, no crack, smooth working etc.(Check by extending it fully). |

| 14 | Front, Reverse and Swing horn should be in working condition. |
| 15 | Windscreen should be in good condition. |
| 16 | First Aid Kit should be available in operator cabin (with in expiry date). |
| 17 | Fire Extinguisher available( in good condition, pressure within range) |
| 18 | Operator have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement. |
| 19 | Operator`s cabin and driver seat should be in good condition. |
| 20 | Reflective tape should be fixed at proper places. |
