Power/Sub-distribution Panel Safety Inspection Checklist checkpoints: SN Details 1 Power or Sub distribution Panel should be physically in good condition 2 Display and switches of panel should be in good condition and with proper cover on it. 3 Power/Sub-Distribution Panel should be kept on suitable stand or with proper fixings.4 Provision of MCB/ELCB/RCCB for power connection. 5 Provision of socket with auto-lock. 6 Junction box should be free from damage. 7 Availability of proper DANGER and other signage. 8 Proper grounding of Power Panel or sub distribution Panel. 9 Checking and inspection on regular basis as per schedule. 10 Keep suitable Fire Extinguisher and sand buckets in ample quantity available near Power Panel. 11 Power Panel should operated by competent person only. 12 Insulated Rubber mate should be available. 13 Power Panel or Sub-Distribution panel should be operated with proper PPE(Personal Protective Equipments) only.
