| 1 | Dumper Truck should be physically sound and in good condition. |
| 2 | No damage in tire. |
| 3 | Side mirrors should be clean and in correct position without damage. |
| 4 | Carrier should be free from damage and in good condition. |
| 5 | Head lights, Tail lights, indicators, front horn and reverse horn are in working condition. |
| 6 | Wind shield should be in proper condition. |
| 7 | Wipers should be in working condition. |
| 8 | Sear belt should be available and in working condition without any damage. |
| 9 | Reflective tape should be fixed at all required place along with red triangle. |
| 10 | Hydraulic cylinder and hoses should be in good condition and free from leakage. |
| 11 | Vehicle registration number should be visible and displayed properly. |
| 12 | Fire extinguisher and first aid kit should be available in driver cabin. |
| 13 | Operator should have valid and suitable driving license. |
| 14 | All beaks including hand break (Emergency Break) should be in working condition. |
