SN Details 1 Grit/Sand Blasting Set should be physically in good condition. 2 Hopper is made up of sound quality material. 3 Inlet and Outlet valve should be in working condition and functional. 4 All joints should be properly tightened and in good condition. 5 Blasting hose should be free from damage and is of required strength. 6 Blasting hood should be available with physical particle filtration and should be free from any damage. 7 Nozzle should be in good condition. 8 Nozzle should be with working dead man switch. 9 Whip arrestor should be in good and functional condition.10 All required PPE should be provided to operate Grit or sand blasting set. 11 Authorised and trained person only allowed to operate Grit or Sand Blasting Set. 12 Ensure regular inspection and maintenance of Grit/Sand blasting set. Check previous records of inspection checklist.
