1	Grader should be physically in good condition, free from defects and should have valid TPI.
2	Tyres should be free from damage (Air pressure, cuts, cracks, etc.).
3	Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition.
4	Windscreen should be in good condition.
5	Wipers should be in working condition.
6	Side Mirror should be in good condition.
7	Hydraulic cylinders and hoses are in good condition and there should not be any leakage.
8	Operator`s cabin and driver seat should be in good condition.
9	Reflective tape, Red Triangle should be fixed at proper places.
10	Front, Reverse horn should be in working condition.
11	First Aid Kit should be available in operator cabin (with in expiry date).
12	Counter weight should be properly fixed and free from defects.
13	Fire Extinguisher available (in good condition, pressure within range)
14	Operator have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement.
15	Driver should wear all required Personal Personal Protective Equipment-PPE without fail.
