Machine body should be sound and in good condition.

Moving part of machine should be properly guarded. Ensure Guard provided by machine manufactures which is inbuilt is safe and sound and properly fitted.

Auto adjustable guard should be in functional condition.

On/Off switch should be in good condition without any damage.

Cutting wheel should be free from defect, and have marking of rotating capacity. Cutting wheel should be of standard quality only.

Positioning screw should be in working condition and without any damage and working smoothly.

Power cable should free from damage.

Always take Power connection using industrial plug only.

Machine should have provision of double insulation and proper grounding.

Must use designed key for changing cutting wheel.

Machine should be operated by competent person and experience person only.
