1Forklift should be free from structural or mechanical Damage. 
2Free from damage in tyres (cuts, cracks, ware & tare etc.) 
3Battery shall be in good condition and free from excess corrosion. 
4Secure battery cables, insulated properly and in good condition. 
5Forklift shall be free from any fluid leaks. 
6Forklift fluid levels should be at appropriate level. 
7Forks should be in condition (For e.g. not bent, worn, tear, cracks, damaged, etc.) 
8LPG cylinder should be free from damage or defects, relief valve should be pointed up. 
9Presence of LPG cylinder bracket and in good condition. 
10Fork positioning latches should be in good condition, without any wear and tear. 
11Sprocket teeth and chain anchor pins in good condition, without chipped, worn or bent. 
12Hydraulic parts should be in good condition, free from leaks, wear and tear. 
13Presence of seat belt, available in good condition and working properly. 
14Presence of overhead guards and in good condition. 
15Data Plate should be present and legible, all approved attachments listed on the data plate. 
16Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition. 
17Side mirrors should be in good condition. 
18Front, Reverse, Swing horn and back up alarm should be in working condition. 
19All control panel lights and gauges are in working condition. 
20Lift mechanism work smoothly (raise and lower forks without load).

29Operator have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement.
