1	Crawler crane should be physically in good condition, free from defects.
2	Track should be free from damage/deformation and ground should be in clear ground.
3	Head lights, tail lights and indicators are in working condition.
4	Side mirrors should be in good condition.
5	Wire rope of the crane free from damage and tested properly.
6	Hook and sheave should be in working condition with hook latch without any abnormalities like detachment. Both should rotate smoothly.
7	Luffing limit device to control inclination range of angle boom in working condition.
8	Backlash device should be in working condition.(Reverse rotation device and brakes should be working properly.)
9	Angle boom should be free from any defects like, crack, ware & tare, etc.
10	Counterweight should be as per compliance and fixed stably without any manipulation.
11	Anti to Block (A2B) should be in working condition.
12	Warning devices such as alarms, lights, etc. should be working.
13	Brakes, clutch and controlling gear should be in working smoothly.
14	Working safe load indicator.
15	Front, Reverse horn should be in working condition.
16	Load Chart Available in Operator cabin.
17	First Aid Kit should be available in operator cabin (with in expiry date).
18	Fire Extinguisher available (in good condition, pressure within range)
19	Operator`s cabin and driver seat should be in good condition.
20	Reflective tape should be fixed at proper places.
21	Operator have valid and suitable license as per legal requirement.
