SN Details 1 EOT crane should be physically in good condition, free from defects and should have valid TPI. 2 Railing should be in good condition and free from obstruction. 3 Power cable should be free from defect and organized. 4 Safety latch in hook and in working condition. 5 Safe working load should be marked at proper place and should be visible. 6 Wire rope or sling should be free from defects and tested properly. 7 Rotating parts should be covered properly with machine guarding. 8 Audible horn should be available and in working condition. 9 Load Chart Available at proper place. 10 Deflection Test Should be carried out for smooth operation. 11 Remote should be ion good and working condition. 12 Operator should have suitable and valid license. 13 Safe access and egress should be provided. 14 Operator should wear all required PPE while operation, also need to ensure safe movement and no one beneath the working area.
