1 | Full Body Harness or safety belt should be physically in good condition without any cuts, cracks, ware and tare in it. |
2 | All D ring should be in good condition without rust , corrosion and bend. |
3 | Buckle Lock at chest and legs are firm and in good condition. It should be free from damage. |
4 | Lanyard should be free from ware and tare. |
5 | Shock absorber should be in good condition and intact without any temper. |
6 | Scaffold hooks should be in good condition. (No cracks, cuts, corrosion, enlarged, jammed). It should be easy to open and close. |
7 | All carabiner used in full body harness or safety belt should not be in damage condition, and it`s lock working properly. |
8 | All stitching in straps should be free from cuts, broken, burned, pulled or missing stitch pattern. |
9 | Full body harness should be stored properly. |
10 | Full body harness webbing should not have any cut, tear, Knots, abrasion, etc. |
11 | It should be inspected and certified as per standard guideline from authorized body. |
12 | Ensure all parts of Full body harness are available before using it. |
13 | All parts of full body harness should be of ISI or EN standard as per country specific requirements. |
14 | Locking arrangement should be available for Hooks. |
