| 1 | Transit Mixer should be physically sound and in good condition. |
| 2 | No damage in tire. |
| 3 | All mirror should be in good condition and properly positioned. |
| 4 | All Rotatory part should be covered with fixed guard. |
| 5 | Registration number should be visible. |
| 6 | Wind shield should be without damage. |
| 7 | Head lights, Tail lights, indicators, front horn and reverse horn are in working condition. |
| 8 | Wiper should be in working condition. |
| 9 | Red triangle and reflective tape should be fixed at proper place. |
| 10 | Permanent ladder should be provided and should be in good condition. |
| 11 | Fire extinguisher and First Aid Box should be available in operator cabin. |
| 12 | Operator should have valid and suitable license. |
| 13 | Normal and hand (Emergency Break) should be in working condition. |
